Come along on a trip to the Rotterdam Architecture Biennale
A study trip to the International Architecture Biennale in
Rotterdam (IABR) will take place from 27 to 30 October 2026. The event is
primarily intended for students enrolled on the XX1 course; however, subject to
availability, other interested students from the Faculty of Architecture at
BUT may also join.
The programme will include a visit to the current edition of
the Biennale, which is one of the leading international platforms for
discussion on architecture, urban planning and urban development. In addition
to the exhibition programme, we are also planning a visit to the landscape and
urban planning studio West 8, which is involved in the design of the
surroundings of the new main railway station in Brno.
Should there be significant interest, we will consider
organising a group coach trip, as we did for the previous excursion two years
ago.
